This charming loft of 40 m2 is located in a modern and family building in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. The building has been completely rehabilitated, in a very refined and designer style. It is located on the first floor, very comfortable for 2 people but can accommodate 4 people with sofa bed It consists of a large open space and bathed in light thanks to the large window over the entire length, which overlooks a charming patio for calm and with additional skylights in the ceiling. The entrance consists of a staircase leading directly to the loft, then you spend the kitchen the lounge and the bedroom and finally to the bathroom. The layout and furnishings, consisting of both antique and very modern space will make you feel very comfortable to stay in Paris.
The apartment is well located with shops, supermarket, charming cafes and nice restaurants. Metros (Brochant & Guy Môquet ), and bus are less than 5 minutes walk, which directly lead you to most of the hot spot of Paris such as the Eiffel Tower, Parc Monceau, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur or the Opera Garnier and the Louvre Museum in less than 15 minutes.
The Monceau – Batignolles neighborhood extends over the entire 17th arrondissement. It is bordered to the southeast by the Place de Clichy. A meeting place and crossroads, this plaza is very busy day and night. A large movie theater, the Pathé Wepler, and many brasseries await you, it’s a very lively neighborhood. You have to take the rue des Dames, get lost in the little streets to reach the Square de Batignolles, a harbor of green. Around here it is a residential neighborhood and pleasant to live in. The east of the 17th arrondissement is more working-class than the west, towards Wagram, where the neighborhood becomes more prestigious, with the harmonious Haussmann-era facades. Going down the boulevard Malesherbes, you will find the Parc Monceau, where you can admire its green landscapes, the painter Monet used to come paint here. There is also the Musée Cernushi, dedicated to Asian art. More to the west, there is the Place des Ternes, with its many businesses. It is a calm neighborhood, ideal for staying in, located in the northwest of Paris, not well-served by the metro but served by many buses.
