This 3 bedroom 2,5 bathroom loft apartment is ideal for a family or group of friends. It is spread on 3 levels with the entrance being on the ground floor.
Please note that the apartment has been entirely renovated in December of 2023 and all mattresses and bedding have been replaced!!
It opens to a large entryway with open kitchen and dining area. It features a bar with stools for four people for a quick breakfast or snack, as well as a long dining table with chairs for eight people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a serve a tasty meal. It comes with a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, fridge and freezer, microwave as well as a traditional oven and exhaust fan. Underneath the bar is also enough space for the washer/ dryer combo.
A winding staircase leads downstairs to a bedroom with double bed, clothes hanging rack, chest of drawers, small desk and chair. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room with toilet and sink.
From the dining area, a staircase leads to an intermediate level bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and clothes hanging rack.
From there some stairs lead to the living room with double sofa bed, desk and chair, as well as some armchairs. The living room gives access to a separate toilet with sink, as well as to a bathroom with tub and sink.
From the living room some more steps are leading to the open mezzanine double bed with bedside tables and window.
Please note that the loft does not have windows throughout. The ceiling is completely glass (upper level) and glass elements in the floor lets the natural daylight shine through the whole loft. The puristic and loft character of the space lets you forget about the missing windows in some of the spaces as it feels very airy.
Please note that linen and towels are provided, as well as fans to keep the loft cool in the hot summer months. The towel heaters in the bathrooms are for extra comfort and coziness.
Parties are not allowed in the loft.
