This vast, super-bright apartment can accommodate up to 7 people with all the comfort you need for your Parisian stay.

The rooms which are placed under the roofs are equipped with fans in order to be able to sleep at a comfortable temperature. Indeed, the temperature in the event of a heat wave can be high.

The area is very commercial, a supermarket is just in the neighboring building. And all the shops are on avenue de St Ouen, a 5-minute walk away.
The area is also very pleasant, with all the shops, a supermarket, charming cafes and restaurants directly in the street. The Brochant or Guy Môquet metro stations, as well as the bus, are located less than 5 minutes away on foot, you can very easily reach all the key places in Paris such as the Eiffel Tower, Parc Monceau, Montmartre and the Sacré Coeur or even the ‘Opéra Garnier and the Louvre Museum in 15 minutes.
The Monceau-Batignolles-Maillot district extends over the entire 17th arrondissement. It is bounded to the south-east by the Place de Clichy. Meeting place and crossroads, this square is very busy day and night. A large cinema, the Pathé Wepler, and many brasseries await you there, it is a very lively district. You have to take the Rue des Dames, get lost in the alleys to reach the Square de Batignolles, a haven of greenery. On this side, it is a residential area and pleasant to live. The east of the 17th arrondissement is more popular than the west, towards Wagram, where the district becomes more prestigious; the Haussmann facades harmonize. Going down Boulevard Malesherbes you will find Parc Monceau where you can admire its green landscapes, the painter Monet used to paint there. There is also the Cernushi Museum, dedicated to Asian arts. Further west, the Place des Ternes, with its many shops. And finally to the South West, you will find the Palais des Congrès and Porte Maillot. It is a calm and ideal district to stay, located in the North-West of Paris, little served by the metro but by many buses.
